7yThanks for your review and we’re sorry to hear of your feedback. We take all concerns very seriously and would always encourage you to discuss them. Should these involve your direct line manager then we would encourage you to speak to an appropriate senior manager or local HR Business Partner in order for this to be looked into where necessary. We also have an established staff council, with local trained staff council representatives who can also provide you with support. Bullying is not tolerated, and we will investigate any type of this behaviour immediately. You can also refer to our Bullying and Harassment Policy and Procedure.
We do encourage staff to submit ideas to help improve the business and these are reviewed on a monthly basis. We would certainly welcome improvement ideas that you may have for consideration, and examples of where past ideas have been progressed can be viewed on our intranet.
The training provided for Sanctuary Housing staff is reviewed on a regular basis. Should you believe that you have not completed the necessary training for your role we will happily look into this for you. As a current employee we would encourage you to make contact with your local HR Business Partner as soon as possible so that we can discuss your feedback in more detail.
