Pros

Competitive Salary, Generous Annual Leave entitlement, Good Benefits, Some great people to work with! Basic Training well-delivered by L&D team.

Cons

Frontline Staff and Middle Managers are unsupported by Senior Management within the Business areas. Role based Training always get declined, Micro-Management, No Trust in staff, No recognition of teams achievements and efforts, HR (avoid at all costs) they will belittle you and make you believe you are supported through various avenues but when it comes to the crunch, you are ignored, very unprofessional and patronising! Heads of Service trying to run the company as a one man band while Ops Managers are frustratingly having fingers pointed at them for issues out of their control. Having to sit back and listen to instructions dictated, resulting in severe service failures. Slow approval process leading to numerous complaints which in turn adds to what is already a heavy workload. Saddened to be able to list so many negatives, and these are just a few!

All our managers go through a robust recruitment and selection, and induction and training programme, including staff management and leadership. With reference to role-based training, Sanctuary Group provides mandatory and essential role-based training via its in-house learning academy. Pros

It’s a dispensary but they at least have a semi work life balance and pay a little more than other dispensaries. It’s. It a terrible place to work as far as dispensaries go.

Cons

No true full time and also sometimes we were rushed with custimers and made mistakes bc of the rush
