Absolutely disgraceful organisation who will try not to pay staff in full for the hours they work. Appalling HR who will never put anything in writing to you, or respond in full to any complaints or queries you might make. Payroll staff can't work out what people are owed in wages and will never admit that they're wrong, they even get your tax and NI wrong! Disgusting, some people seriously need to be investigated for fraudulent behaviour.
Never worked for such a devious, corrupt, profit-at-all-costs company in my life! I feel sorry for the vulnerable tenants we were responsible for. Their properties aren't fit for purpose and Sanctuary avoid undertaking repairs. They're not interested in the welfare of the people they house, they just want their extortionate Housing Benefit payments.
There's so much wrong with this company that I'd have to write reams to fit it all in - My advice, look elsewhere for a job, you're worth better than to be treated abysmally by them.
They should be stripped of their charity status!
