rigid office time. bosses/management are mess. Or probably just the company I've worked with. Outdated system. The bureaucracy is complicated. Too many paperwork, outdated machines/tools. Very old school. Backers. Always having connections when hiring even if the person isn't qualified for the job. Results to poor performance and environment. Salary. Ironic that employees have to pay for their transportation or toll fee at least. They own the Skyway and highway infras. I ended up spending my salary for work expenses. Stingy when it comes to off-site expenses that's supposed to be reimbursed. Last-minute tasks from the boss. Toxic management due to different backgrounds, environments and experiences. Too many dishonest disrespectful employees too. Most of them have different agendas. I saw also that they were hiring a whistleblower for HR. It says a lot about the corporation.
