Pay is good, provided you negotiate it before joining. Hikes are good You are never fired from the company(unless you are really really hopeless)! Long staying employees are promoted automatically
Cons
No growth opportunity for technically talented people! Inompetent managers and senior management. No trust in Employees! Strict office timings! Ridiculous policies! Work environment not at all good for an MNC like Samsung. No work life balance and no team outings!
