      - support for certification - access to Linkedin Learning and Udemy - lots of engagement activities

      Cons

      - traditional work culture (forget Agile, specially if you are working with Koreans) - deadlines are set BEFORE requirements are even duscussed with the developers - waterfall software development (though they practice scrum/kanban techniques BUT its all for show. Underneath, it is Waterfall and traditional with deep level of hierarchy. - KOREANS value hierarchy and top down management
