      Easy to learn the best test technologies. Experience of using the various test equipment vendor. Can feeling huge company culture. not bad salary.

      Cons

      Requests me more working. more outputs. did not think about long term projects. did not yet ready to work with foreign employeer due to culture differences.

      Pros

      Great products. Everyone gets to travel at least once per year.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to top US electronics companies. Strong culture of favoritism — managers rarely promote on merit and frequently move the goalposts for employees outside their inner circle. Colleagues and managers regularly take credit for others' work. I personally witnessed and experienced what I believe to be gender and race-based inequities in how employees are treated and evaluated. HR was unresponsive when issues were raised.
