The mission of the organization is to support people with disabilities to thrive in their communities and we have the opportunity to do that in all positions - operations to direct care. There’s tons of continuing education opportunities to grow within the company including free clinical internships for BA and higher degrees. I loved being able to work full-time while going back to graduate school and seeing those results in the moment by staying with the team.
