https://medium.com/@carmen_54542/the-disgruntled-former-employee-and-the-oz-complex-of-online-bullying-e8501c6e2dfc#.dj6fvswra Here is the thing "former HR professional" - You were only employed here less than three months and during that time frame you 1) refused to attend company-wide trainings 2) made multiple errors in benefits administration and then became argumentative when asked to correct them and 3) complained to employees about how you didn't like your job. You were a dysfunctional part of the team and were subsequently written up with a corrective action plan. You chose not to comply with the corrective plan by refusing to attend the trainings and so you were terminated. It is pretty easy to keep your job around here if you have a good attitude and strive to do good work. We want good people at the company and are simply unwilling to tolerate those that run interference on the good work that everyone else is doing. Fact Check: Our turnover is less than half of what our industry average is and that is WITH the company choosing to terminate people that are dysfunctional parts of the team.
