Providing support, assistance, and creative solutions for our clients' needs, along with focusing on equipping staff to provide those services within the context of their individual experience of meaningful work are components I've personally observed and experienced since joining Sample Supports. I've had the opportunity to provide support to staff agency-wide in areas of human resources, operations, talent management and staff training and development. This is an exciting time to be a part of an agency that offers comprehensive programs to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our agency not only advocates that "every client deserves to be in the community" it is at the forefront of building any program in order to support that. That requires significant expertise, experience, drive, and a lot of work! :) I’m so proud to be a part of Sample Supports!!
