The company does cool things. I've worked in this field awhile and this is the first time I felt like a part of decisions. It has good communication and I always know what is going on. The jobs for clients are unique and I'm paid more here for same work I've done for years.

Sample Supports expects a lot from staff but provides little support in return. Pay is low for the level of stress and responsibility, and management often lacks communication and consistency. Burnout is common and turnover is high.
