There is also extensive emphasis on the employees as the agency feels by taking care of their employees, the employees will take care of their consumers.

      Working with clients can be rewarding at times.

      Cons

      Sample Supports expects a lot from staff but provides little support in return. Pay is low for the level of stress and responsibility, and management often lacks communication and consistency. Burnout is common and turnover is high.
