      Pros

      My specific leadership was very clear on direction with top down communication even though that wasn't the case with all leadership

      Cons

      The RTO and everyone move to Bentonville for "collaboration" was a stupid move by leadership as they do not have enough space for everyone to be in office and they lost a lot of good talent in the process.

      Pros

      It’s a great job with amazing pay, camaraderie, and their is never a time when an employee doesn’t have to do anything.

      Cons

      The only con is the point system and sometimes the lack of flexibility for taking days off for important events.
