Pros

Amazing place to work, the managers are friendly, they encourage dialogue and help you find solutions to your questions and learning process. Teammates are amazing and the work environment is friendly and welcoming.

Cons

Just don't try to grow or get a full time, oddly enough, they have a lot of spots for part timers but not a single opening for people searching for a Full time. They will try to find any possible reason to justify the lack of interest in encouraging growth or lack of "opening positions" for people giving their best at the job even if you already have one year or more with them. They will try to justify their "decision" with any possible minor reason (tardiness, if you got points for being sick, etc) to avoid giving you the opportunity or a clear answer in why they "don't have any opening yet" but they keep hiring part timers every month and yet expect the existing employees to do the 40 hours of a full timer without being a proper full timer position.

Pros

Good pay, less stressful than many kitchen jobs, guaranteed break times no matter what, good benefits

Cons

Communicating with managers is almost impossible. There are too many managers, and they are unaware of what the other ones do. The lead who writes my schedule changes constantly and I get a schedule that doesnt even make sense Ill go a week or more without seeing them (Different shifts they are at another store etc) and when I finally do talk to them they tell me to ignore what the app says. When I do that it dings me on points that affect how much PTO i accrue.
