Pros

The pay is pretty good for entry-level, really nice co-workers, good about giving you breaks and lunches on time, free membership.

Cons

Having to constantly try to sell memberships until the members get mad at you for asking every time they come in, if you close you have to clean the front end of the store AND the other parts that arn't finished, I usually stay almost 2 hours after closing (not what I want to do as a full time college student), sometimes COS's talk down to you or pester you about selling more memberships that people don't want.

Pros

Good pay, less stressful than many kitchen jobs, guaranteed break times no matter what, good benefits

Cons

Communicating with managers is almost impossible. There are too many managers, and they are unaware of what the other ones do. The lead who writes my schedule changes constantly and I get a schedule that doesnt even make sense Ill go a week or more without seeing them (Different shifts they are at another store etc) and when I finally do talk to them they tell me to ignore what the app says. When I do that it dings me on points that affect how much PTO i accrue.
