Pros

Pay is decent, but not for a mega corporation like the Walmart Company. That’s about it.

Cons

In my time here (4 years), I’ve shifted through 5 departments. The poor management/leads are what led to this every time. They either don’t work at all, sitting in the office most of the shift, or they just help one department. The turnover at this place is so ridiculous because they have absolutely no clue how to treat workers with dignity. The key is to not work hard or else they’ll see that you can do the job on your own and they’ll never offer even a modicum of assistance.

Pros

Good pay, less stressful than many kitchen jobs, guaranteed break times no matter what, good benefits

Cons

Communicating with managers is almost impossible. There are too many managers, and they are unaware of what the other ones do. The lead who writes my schedule changes constantly and I get a schedule that doesnt even make sense Ill go a week or more without seeing them (Different shifts they are at another store etc) and when I finally do talk to them they tell me to ignore what the app says. When I do that it dings me on points that affect how much PTO i accrue.
