Pros
Free Product & Employee Discounts. Really got to bond with your co-workers since you're all going through the same thing. Promotes from within. Good training (at least whenever I started & our Trainer was great).
Cons
Low pay. Super strict on time, taking lunches, & breaks (30min. lunch & 2 10min. breaks). Everyone was so busy, it felt like there was no time to even breathe. Made us use PTO if we were unable to come into work due to icy roads. Myself & a pregnant co-worker were told to not go to the restroom as often (apparently going during your lunch & 2 breaks is enough for everyone). Get different answers to the same questions from your various Supervisors. While I was there, 2 people had heart attacks (if that tells you anything about the stress level). Listened in on your phone calls. If you were on the phone with a customer for too long they reprimanded you. Felt like Big Brother. There was a particular person in HR that was very rude, I don't know how she got a job in HUMAN RESOURCES. She acted like you were wasting her time & would talk down to you (not sure if she's still there). I was "separated me from the Company" after an accident, but re-hired a month later (why I returned, I do not know).
