Pros
Benefits are pretty good. But time off is seldom...I didn't get a vacation the first two years. I had vacation time, but couldn't get any time away to use it.
Cons
Long work days, extensive travel between stores, which is not counted as work time. Upper Management gives positive feedback, then when VP comes gives no support and lays everything on DM's and SM's. Very Top down communication, the usual retail complaints.
