the pay is embarrasing upper management lies when it comes to salaries your volume may go up but your pay wont alot of stress at times alot of hrs so then you make less than your employees. home office emplotees are very rude dont want to tell you what you have coming to you. from personal experience watch what u say or ask because upper mgmt will turn on you quick. this company hires alot of people who are not qualified nor have the skills for mgmt but you get what you pay for and guess what these lazy ones still get paid most times more than you....hmmmm
