      Great benefits, flexible hours, bonuses and earned trips out of the country.

      Advancement is slim to none. Employees in upper management tend to stay unless they retire.

      Pros

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
