      Free samples, customers were (overall) very nice and appreciative, pay based on knowledge/licensing.

      Cons

      Management played favorites, took no blame when things went wrong, lied to workers as a method of intimidation, quick turnover rate.

      Scheduling and the hours of operations is great for a work life balance.
