      Health benefits, incentive trips, free samples, training

      Cons

      No work/life balance..all work, no matter how much effort you put in it is never enough, associates get treated better than store managers, they keep people on forever even if they are complacent in their job

      Scheduling and the hours of operations is great for a work life balance.
