      Customers and co workers nothing else

      Cons

      Everything from scheduling. Hours per store given, return anything policy, low pay for stress of the work, to many changes to keep up with, no incentives for the hard work the new corporate way make money for us and have no life outside of us

      Pros

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
