      Great products and free items.

      Cons

      Very low pay with a great amount of work. Not enough staffing hours.Only had enough hours for two part time associates. DMs are very rude and unappreciative to SM. There is very little room for growth. The company hires out sources in most cases.

      Pros

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
