Cons
They took the incentive trips away, along with the bonuses. Added a whole bunch more work with a whole lot less authorized clerk hours. When I first started Sally's, the company actually cared about the employees. There was room for advancement, but now..different story. Instead of promoting assistants, they've cut their hours and hire outside to replace managers that have left.
