      Pros

      Nice building, good cafeteria, rank and file are good people.

      Cons

      Poor pay, leadership says one thing and does another. They established what they wanted the culture to be and then didn't model any of it. CEO has replaced almost every VP and Senior Director and things were not improving.

      Micro management from top leaders Age discrimination throughout the company. Horrible work life balance!
