Pros
Very relaxed workplace, very nice facilities / on-sight cafeteria, no travel. The benefits are very competitive despite lower pay. People can, if they want, work here for as long as they'd like once hired it seems. It is not uncommon to see people who've worked here 10-25 years.
Cons
As a growing company it struggles with the tools / resources for its employees. Also it's a cold day in hell when if someone leaves, they promote someone from underneath. If you are not hired on at a high place, chances are you will not work your way up.
