Pros
Sally is respectful to a work-life balance. Sally has been very profitable and is always continuing to grow. Which and should mean good job security that is if you are doing your job correctly.
Cons
It seems to be very difficult to move lateral among various departments within the organization. There is also no mentoring program to help individuals increase their skill set.
