Cons
Working at sallys you are not allowed to be sick or have your children sick. Not allowed to have a life. SALLYS will have to be your life! Broken promises of advancement... LACK of acknowledging hard work... most times even harder than your own managers. DM's favortism and pushing co workers to quit. If you have a problem you can't even confide to your manager or DM you have to go over them to be heard. I wish I had someone to warn me of the unfairness that goes on in at sallys companies... gossiping crybabies of who has it better than others. If you work hard you should be given a pat on the back! Not be ignored and pushed aside. Especially when DM has promised you asst management position after being an employee for 1 yr.. then a newbie of a month comes in and is given the position you were promised. Sallys was a wasted of my time!
