      SBH is a great place to work if you have no desire to move up in your career. Little to no succession planning which gives external candidates an unfair advantage over those who work hard only to be misled when they're told they're "on the right track" and "next in line."

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
