      Pros

      Your bonus depends on how well you do for you 1/4. It’s up to you and your team how big your bonus is. And we have 3 months to use any holiday pay we collect.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn’t the best. You only get 1 full weekend off a month. Your team is also very small. So if someone calls off of work a lot of times you are left to work by yourself.

      Pros

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
