      only pro I can think of is that it is flexible and is a good introduction to beauty knowledge.

      Cons

      very low hours, low pay, the company will not communicate or help you solve problems. bad management.

      Pros

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
