•I'm 99.9% sure I am being retaliated against for asking for one day off every other week even though my SM has been VERY cool about it in the past. I work three days a week and after asking for one of those days off every other week, I have not only been bumped to two days but also 6-7 hours A WEEK. •this is not retail, it's sales. Metrics are everything and there is no incentive to actually keep them high other than an extra $2 if someone is approved for a credit card. •they won't give you overtime and there's no fulltime positions in my entire district *except* for management roles, not even ASMs get fulltime. •you will never hear praise, only "you can do better." •CCs are supposed to get a minimum of 20hours.
