Pros

Employee discount 30%, easy work

Cons

Regular team members earn minimum wage with no incentives for speaking Spanish or taking additional courses like color consultant trainings or becoming a key holder, benefits are really awful, poor health insurance plans. Communication from corporate or district managers is horrendous and if you are too smart or competent, your DM will try to get you fired. The expectations are that of like a car salesman, with heavy expectations of metrics, and UPT but no incentives or recognition for doing so. Inventory levels are maintained at a store level. You get what you get and all determined based on sales. You could have customers stealing product with no replishment fod actual buying customers. Dont do it. Its not worth the job.

Cons

The daily revenue quota was at times very unrealistic and unattainable. A lot of pressure was put on our team to sell x/dollars per day but sometimes it just wasn't realistic (bad weather, lots of returns some days).

Pros

The people I worked with were always really cool and it was honestly a very easy job.

Cons

Upper level management was too uptight about certain goals that were unrealistic for beauty advisors, but there was never any big repercussions. Too little pay for the amount of work I did.
