      Pros

      I had a fantastic leader at the time and we built an exceptional team. There was a decent amount of autonomy and I was empowered to lead my team and own my business.

      Cons

      I was hoping and expecting a better overall understanding of merchandising and product development from Senior leadership, along with more enthusiasm and focus around doing the right thing to drive business results.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were always really cool and it was honestly a very easy job.

      Cons

      Upper level management was too uptight about certain goals that were unrealistic for beauty advisors, but there was never any big repercussions. Too little pay for the amount of work I did.
