Pros

Fair health care pays minimum wage

Cons

Pays minimum wage hard to get a raise even when you do your best every year you might make 25 cents more if your lucky they make you learn multiple departments and pass tests in them and refuse to pay you more when you deserve it for doing multiple jobs at once because they want to pay less people. horribly understaffed people fire a quit constantly and asked when the cost of living has gone up why we are still being payed minimum wage when we've worked for them more than five years with insufficient raises that we can barely pay gas and buy food and if your lucky heat the apartment you can barely afford to survive in a whole department quit together I wish everyone would strike but no one can save even a dollar to afford to survive if they lose the job this place is a trap the machines are never updated some are from the 1950 and very dangerous I know we're just the little guys working for one of your many branches but please fix this your a multimillion dollar company and you can do better

Pros

Great benefits, 8% 401,k match, great health insurance

Cons

They do not pay men and women equal, they pay new hires more, they won't upgrade systems and expect employees to work 12+ hour days for close due to so many system limitations and the "robots" they have to post JEs are the bane of all accountants.... Why we have to wait 2-8 hours for a JE to post is a joke. Their work around is to have someone in another country work even longer hours to post it manually....you are a machine not a person to them.
