Pros

Global team and manager are very supportive. Learning opportunity

Cons

Worst company to work for in terms of employee benefits Non employee centric company - does not care for its employees even when COVID hit India so badly. They wanted people working on Ms teams with their global users to sit and work in office. Threatened by the India MD in terms of Job security if not coming to office. India Managers are sadistic and dictate their own terms towards their subordinates. India HR does not have any say anywhere, they just listen to whatever the manager says. They do not fix any existing issues but have time to micromanage. Indian management shows off in all social media by giving COVID care facilities which is not necessary if they don't call people to office and spread COVID in the first place. MD speaks immorally when any help is asked. If you want to support your parents by working from a different office location during pandemic, he will tell you there are agencies for such kind of things. Sick leaves are given indefinitely but are counted and questioned for even one day by local managers and HR in India. India management is not aware of what you contribute to the company and are not interested. Micromanagement is the only objective. Global managers don't have any say when it comes to their team in India. It's controlled locally and managed by local manager and HR. 15-25% will be variable pay and out of that never expect full variable pay as always cost cutting happens.

Pros

Great benefits, 8% 401,k match, great health insurance

Cons

They do not pay men and women equal, they pay new hires more, they won't upgrade systems and expect employees to work 12+ hour days for close due to so many system limitations and the "robots" they have to post JEs are the bane of all accountants.... Why we have to wait 2-8 hours for a JE to post is a joke. Their work around is to have someone in another country work even longer hours to post it manually....you are a machine not a person to them.
