Pros
1. No discrimination towards senior officials and mid level employees. 2. Frequent training chances to develop professionally and personally. 3. Very good food at Pune and Bangalore 4. Free transport and free canteen facilities. 5. Learning will be good if employees take personal interest. 6. No firing in the company, work environment is so goood, u will love it 7. Employees of the organisation seldom leave the company once joined (me excluded :P) 8 U will get the chance of job rotation once in 2 years
Cons
1.Yearly incriments are not so high with compared to industry standards. 2. Freshers have to sacrifice their department interest as HR ppl will take the final decision. 3. Decision taking is very slow.
