      Pros

      Employee welfare is decent. Most colleagues are great team players.

      Cons

      Essentially a typical 996 culture that you'd expect from a Chinese firm. Head of marketing has ZERO people mangement skills. No foresight. Just stay away for the sake of your mental sanity.

      Great pay. Free weekly lunches for salary. Lots of swag. Volunteer ops.

      Cons

      Chinese are fully taking over. For every quit/term an “intern” is replacing them. They treat associates like slaves.
