      Pros

      You work at office 5-6 hours a day, and at home 2-3 hours a day. Overall not too much stress. Manager are reasonable. Executives are easily approachable.

      Cons

      Many people are bilingual and if you can speak Mandarin, life is much easier.

      Great pay. Free weekly lunches for salary. Lots of swag. Volunteer ops.

      Cons

      Chinese are fully taking over. For every quit/term an “intern” is replacing them. They treat associates like slaves.
