Pros

- Work from home - Set schedule (sort of) - Can have weekends off - 6 hs workload per day, paid vacation time and arranged to your country's employment's law for days off, holidays, etc.

Cons

- Receive calls from a wide variety of issues one next to the other one (medical, customer service, banking, insurances, now tech support as well...) This makes it difficult to keep up with the specificity of vocabulary in each different area in both languages, making it really stressfull. - Management is a group of kindergarten children deciding things. They think a simple "sorry" is going to make up for their missmanagement. - Workload is intense, your brain may be fried by the end of your shift - The app works from the phone, which makes it useless for anything else while working.

Pros

I like working at SGF Global; management is always ready to help and support you. There is a genuine feeling that the company cares about the employees, and a sense of community is present. Additionally, this is a fast-growing company, and I see an excellent opportunity for advancement; during my time here, many of my colleagues had raised and were promoted.

Cons

The con is that some team members take too long to reply, so there is a need to follow up on some requests. But I have experienced this in many companies, and it is not a problem for me.
