      Payment was made on time.

      Cons

      They tell you you are a freelancer but force you to choose a fixed schedule; they kept changing the rules for that schedule to their convenience. The pay was not enough for the number of calls received. Nobody was willing to hear the employees and when we said something they would block the Discord chat so no employees could write.

      Pros

      I like working at SGF Global; management is always ready to help and support you. There is a genuine feeling that the company cares about the employees, and a sense of community is present. Additionally, this is a fast-growing company, and I see an excellent opportunity for advancement; during my time here, many of my colleagues had raised and were promoted.

      Cons

      The con is that some team members take too long to reply, so there is a need to follow up on some requests. But I have experienced this in many companies, and it is not a problem for me.
