Es muy bajo el pago por lo que son las llamadas, no ofrecen training para manejar llamadas complejas y uno está medio a la deriva cuando agregan clientes nuevos. No hay ningún cuidado al interprete ante la exposición de malos clientes

The con is that some team members take too long to reply, so there is a need to follow up on some requests. But I have experienced this in many companies, and it is not a problem for me.
