Restructuring and preparation for company flotation is ripping the heart out of the business. Dozens of crazy policies introduced and then backed out once they start damaging the business. Cary HQ is mandating business change to the global business without understanding that different regions need a different approach. Input, suggestions or advice are not sought from people outside Cary - SAS has traditionally empowered and relied on its employees, now we feel ignored and abused. It's tragic. SAS' company values are becoming a bad joke.
