      Great team u do wave work and resets

      Cons

      They don't want to pay much, pay for mileage after 40 miles at 32cents a mile,also drive time after 40 minutes, pay for a hotel to stay when u got to work in other states away from home,

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
