      Amazing location, great people in a hot software industry. Lots of soft benefits.

      No longer the only show in town when it comes to Analytics so is in the middle of a transition to make the company more agile

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
