Pros

Flexibility, great co-workers, big projects, great responsibilities and endless learning possibilities.

Cons

Salary is below market and normally below required responsibilities. Usually you will have a lower position than what you actually do in the company. This type of policy generates demotivation, because it always seems to be doing its job and that of someone else, while the company saves. The bonus policy requires that you only receive well if the entire chain has been productive... If PSD (consulting) doesn't get a margin, you receive less. If SAS BRAZIL does not reach the sales target, you receive less. If SAS doesn't hit the sales target, you get receive less. Personal goals effectively account for less than 20%. SAS has been lost in recent years. It was a company at the level of Google, Facebook and Microsoft. It began to outsource much of what should be the company's core. A feather.

Pros

Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

Cons

Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
