compensation, motivation, leadership, flexibility, recognition, sas has been recognized consistently as one of the best places to work for a reason
Cons
privately held firm can limit some of the visibility that you might seek in your next company. SAS needs to do a better job on this front which currently dsnt provide for thinks like stock options
