Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits (Medical, 401(k) match, onsite daycare); SAS is an established company that employs extremely smart people. The analytic products are fantastic and the company invests heavily in R&D. The campus is beautiful and has many amenities for employees.
Cons
Leadership is a bit out of touch with the reality in the market. There are rather unrealistic sales expectations. SAS is going through IPO readiness and many of the changes are taxing on employees. People are promoted who have no business managing anyone.
