      Great campus, some very good people, great food, decent benefits

      Obvious the company is fading, product is archaic and not truly competing any longer, volitile culture now, way too political with people just riding it out...

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
